Balance offers a variety of personal training options. We offer personal training for all ages and activity levels. Whether you are trying to lose weight, continue an exercise routine after physical therapy, or have realized the benefit of exercise and would like to let us help you continue this important lifestyle decision. We have a trainer that will meet your needs.

The fact that we conduct personal training in a physical therapy center allows for increased safety and professional collaboration in order to ensure the most effective program to meet your needs. A good personal trainer will listen to your desired goals and will assist you in reaching them with encouragement, good judgment, and without injury.

Small Group Classes

Balance now offers a variety of Exercise Classes for all fitness levels. Whether you are trying to lose weight, continue an exercise routine after physical therapy, or have realized the benefit of exercise and would like to let us help you continue this important lifestyle decision. We have a class that will fit your needs.

Our classes have been designed to have a personal training feel with the lower cost of a group class. We keep our class size small to ensure quality instruction and adequate supervision, classes commonly have 4-6 people in them. We have designed these classes to ensure safety and injury prevention while providing a routine that is fun, dynamic, and will improve your overall fitness level.
